At this exhibition, Idea Electric displayed three core product lines, providing full-process electromagnetic solutions covering aluminum smelting, conveying and casting: 
Electromagnetic Pump

The series includes two major categories: liquid metal electromagnetic pumps and special medium electromagnetic pumps. Realizing non-mechanical contact conveying through the interaction between magnetic fields and conductive fluids, the products feature simple structure, excellent sealing performance, stable operation and high temperature resistance. They are widely applicable to various production scenarios such as recycled aluminum treatment, quantitative casting and melt circulating conveying.

 Electromagnetic Stirrer Series
 Applicable to aluminum melting furnaces of 2 to 150 tons, the products generate traveling alternating magnetic fields via electromagnetic induction to drive the flow of aluminum melt, with flexibly adjustable stirring intensity and direction. During operation, the equipment can effectively balance the composition of aluminum liquid, reduce metal burning loss, optimize production conditions and lower manual operation intensity.

 Electromagnetic Stirring & Casting System 
This system solves the industry bottleneck of uniform solidification of high-alloy and large-volume metal melts. It drives the uniform flow of internal melt in cast blanks through alternating magnetic field penetration, refines metal grains, alleviates component segregation, optimizes the internal structure and surface forming quality of castings, and improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of aluminum alloy finished products, meeting the high-precision homogeneous casting requirements of high-end aluminum alloys.
